Compliance obligations depend on facts we do not know about you, and regulatory citations are accurate as of the date shown but change. Nothing here creates an engagement or a professional relationship, and none of it is legal advice.

Where we describe systems we have built, we describe them accurately, including their limitations. Where a component is open-source work by someone else, it is named as such.
